The dataset includes XPS spectra of Al2O3/5%Cu catalyst sintered under air atmosphere. Samples were produced using aqueous soft chemistry methods and incipient wettness impregnation using nitrate solution. The XPS spectra were collected for all species.
Description of the procedure:
X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy analysis (XPS) was performed using X-ray photoelectron spectrometer Omnicron NanoTechnology with 128-channel collector. XPS measurements were undertaken in ultra-high vacuum conditions, below 1.1x10-8 mbar. Photoelectrons were excited by an Mg-Kα X-ray source with X-ray anode operated at 15 keV and 300 W
本数据集包含空气气氛下烧结的Al₂O₃/5%Cu催化剂的X射线光电子能谱(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy,XPS)。样品采用水性软化学法制备,并通过硝酸盐溶液初湿浸渍法合成,所有化学物种均采集了XPS能谱。
实验流程说明如下:
采用配备128通道收集器的Omnicron NanoTechnology型X射线光电子能谱仪开展X射线光电子能谱分析。测试在超真空环境(压强低于1.1×10⁻⁸ mbar)下进行,以Mg-Kα X射线源激发光电子,该X射线阳极的工作参数为15 keV加速电压与300 W功率。
