Acropora spathulata, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Acropora spathulata to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics (ASG) Project (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/) from samples supplied by the ASG Coral-Symbiosis Hub (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).本项目为棘鹿角珊瑚（Acropora spathulata）收集了基因组与转录组数据，旨在为其基因组组装与注释工作提供支撑，相关工作作为水生共生基因组学（Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics, ASG）项目（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/）的一部分开展，所用样本由ASG珊瑚共生枢纽（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/）提供。本项目产生的数据需遵循《生命之树开放数据发布政策》（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行共享。
