Single exponential fit using model F(t) = C1*exp(-x*k1) + y0 for each decay curve of EGF at 10°C, 15°C, 20°C and 30°C.

For the decay curve of EGF at 25°C, a double exponential fit using model F(t) = y0+C1*exp(-k1*x)+C2*exp(-k2*x) was selected (see Fig 2A). Fit parameters are displayed in this table. Adj.
