数据库主要面向全球各国提交的NDC中的温室气体减排目标进行研究，基于自主贡献中的相关承诺要求以及世界银行和EDGAR等数据库提供的全球各国温室气体排放基础，对全球各国的排放量、减排目标和类型、以及在减排目标下预期2030年的温室气体排放量和不确定性范围进行了核算，并形成了完整的数据集。This database is designed for research on greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets included in the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) submitted by countries worldwide. Based on the relevant commitment requirements stipulated in the NDCs and the baseline GHG emission data of global countries provided by databases such as the World Bank and EDGAR, the database has accounted for the national GHG emissions, emission reduction targets and their categories, as well as the projected 2030 GHG emissions and their uncertainty ranges under these targets, and finally established a comprehensive dataset.
