This database is designed for research on greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets included in the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) submitted by countries worldwide. Based on the relevant commitment requirements stipulated in the NDCs and the baseline GHG emission data of global countries provided by databases such as the World Bank and EDGAR, the database has accounted for the national GHG emissions, emission reduction targets and their categories, as well as the projected 2030 GHG emissions and their uncertainty ranges under these targets, and finally established a comprehensive dataset.
