Host cell gene expression in Influenza A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2) infected CEF cells at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours post infection

We used the microarray data to analyze host cells response on CEF cells infected with A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2) A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2) infected CEF cells were harvested at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 hpi and RNA extraction was performed using standard protocol as described by Affymetrix. The aim of this experiment is to analyze host response to Influenza A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2) infection.

本研究采用微阵列（microarray）数据，分析感染甲型流感病毒（Influenza A）A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2)的鸡胚成纤维细胞（Chicken Embryo Fibroblasts, CEF）的宿主细胞应答反应。将感染A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2)的鸡胚成纤维细胞于感染后2、4、6、8和10小时（hours post infection, hpi）收集，并按照Affymetrix公司的标准实验流程完成RNA提取。本实验旨在解析宿主对甲型流感病毒A/Duck/Malaysia/01 (H9N2)感染的应答反应。
