该数据为武昌区水务和湖泊局在履行河道堤防管理、防洪设施维护、防汛应急调度等职责中产生的空间地理信息与水利工程管理数据，包括通道位置、走向、长度、宽度等信息，可实现 “平时监测、战时调度” 的一体化管理。
This dataset comprises spatial geographic information and water conservancy project management data generated by the Wuchang District Bureau of Water Affairs and Lakes during the performance of their duties including river levee management, flood control facility maintenance, flood prevention emergency dispatch and other related responsibilities. It includes information such as channel location, orientation, length and width, and enables integrated management of "regular monitoring and wartime dispatch".
