2014 Centre for the Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (Cefas) Farnes East recommended Marine Conservation Zone (rMCZ) Seabed survey Update

Drop Camera survey collecting seabed images from three specified locations within the Farnes East recommended Marine Conservation Zone (rMCZ) to clients specfications, namely Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC), specifically to verify the presence of circalittoral rock and peat. As a result of observations during the Drop Camera video survey, JNCC representative requested sediment sampling from three stations where possible peat exposure had been observed. Sediment samples were taken using a mini Hamon Grab at Station Codes A25, A26 and A27. Surveys were undertaken on the RV CEFAS Endeavour Cruise CEND 0514.

本数据集系针对法恩斯东推荐海洋保护区（rMCZ）内三个指定地点进行海底图像采集的Drop Camera调查，以满足特定客户需求，即联合自然保护委员会（JNCC）的要求，旨在核实环潮岩和泥炭的存在。在Drop Camera视频调查过程中，JNCC代表请求从可能观察到泥炭暴露的三个站点进行沉积物采样。沉积物样本在A25、A26和A27站使用小型Hamon抓斗采集。调查在RV CEFAS Endeavour巡航CEND 0514期间进行。
