Whole-genome sequencing analysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Da Nang, Vietnam, using long-read technology

Genomic features of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated in Da Nang, Vietnam, were investigated by whole genome sequencing, using long-read technology to identify variants not clearly determined using short-read approach.

本研究针对越南岘港分离的结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis）的基因组特征展开分析，采用长读长测序技术，以识别短读长测序方法无法清晰解析的基因组变异位点。
