BCR sequencing of HCV-infected individuals

We performed bulk RNA sequencing of the B cell receptors (BCR-seq) of HCV-reactive B cells (recognizing soluble E2) and non-reactive B cells from subjects with HCV. These subjects include individuals with broadly neutralizing plasma (n=5) and poorly neutralizing plasma (n=5).

本研究对丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染者体内的HCV反应性B细胞（可识别可溶性E2（soluble E2））及非反应性B细胞的B细胞受体开展了批量RNA测序（BCR-seq）。受试对象包括具有广谱中和血浆的个体（n=5）与具有低效中和血浆的个体（n=5）。
