his dataset contains the expert consensus data from the development and content validation of the Multidimensional Multiple Sclerosis Fatigue Scale (MMFS). The study utilized a rigorous two-round Delphi methodology to evaluate a comprehensive clinical tool designed to assess the multidimensional nature of fatigue in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). The dataset includes: Anonymized demographic and professional characteristics of the multidisciplinary panel of 16 clinical experts (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and a neurologist). Quantitative expert ratings (using a 4-point Likert scale) assessing the clinical relevance of 36 preliminary scale items across five theoretical domains: Fatigue Triggers, Fatigue Types, Fatigue Impact, Fatigue Patterns, and Fatigue Awareness & Control. The Delphi process resulted in a final, highly validated 35-item scale. This dataset supports the findings published in the associated manuscript and is made available to ensure research transparency and reproducibility. Note: All participant data has been fully anonymized to protect the identities of the expert panelists.
