To investigate the function of long non-coding RNA LINC01882 in the regulation of CD4+T cell differentiation, we established LINC01882-overexpressed CD4+T cells by infecting with lentivirus. We then performed microRNA gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from microRNA sequencing. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of microRNA sequencing data for LINC01882-overexpressed activited CD4+Tcells and its control.

为探究长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA）LINC01882在CD4+T细胞分化调控中的功能，我们通过慢病毒（lentivirus）侵染构建了过表达LINC01882的CD4+T细胞。随后利用微小RNA（microRNA）测序所得数据开展微小RNA基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计：对过表达LINC01882的活化CD4+T细胞及其对照样本的微小RNA测序数据进行对比基因表达谱分析。
