DDXPlus Dataset

We are releasing under the CC-BY licence a new dataset for Automatic Symptom Detection (ASD) and Automatic Diagnosis (AD) systems in the medical domain. The dataset contains patients synthesized using a proprietary knowledge base. The dataset contains symptoms and antecedents for all the patients. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first dataset that includes non-binary symptoms such as categorical and multi-choice symptoms. The dataset also contains a differential diagnosis for each of the patients. These 2 characteristics set it apart from the existing datasets in the AD/ASD community.

我们依据知识共享署名（CC-BY）许可协议，发布了一款面向医疗领域自动症状检测（Automatic Symptom Detection，简称ASD）与自动诊断（Automatic Diagnosis，简称AD）系统的全新数据集。该数据集基于专有知识库合成患者病例数据，涵盖全部患者的症状及前驱相关信息。据我们所知，这是首个包含非二分类症状（如分类症状与多选症状）的相关数据集，同时还为每位患者提供了鉴别诊断结果。上述两大特性使其区别于自动诊断与自动症状检测领域的现有数据集。
