本数据集包含两类马子宫内膜(equine endometrium)的mRNA表达谱(mRNA profiles):一类为妊娠母马排卵后第14、22、28天采集的样本;另一类为妊娠母马排卵后第20天采集的样本,以及经催产素(oxytocin)处理后表现出与未表现出黄体功能延长的非妊娠母马的对应样本。针对第一类样本,本研究已完成其转录谱(transcriptional profiles)的检测分析;此外,还对第二类样本的转录组(transcriptome)进行了测定与比较。
