Lumpfish draft genome assembly of a single diploid male. The fish was wild caught off the Norwegian west coast. The sample was sequenced using Illumina short-read (2x250 bp) and Oxford Nanopore long-read technology. The genome was assembled with the Masurca hybrid assembler v3.2.6 (scaffolds = 5735, scaffold N50 = 811K, total bases = 553 MB, genome coverage = 137x.)<br>fasta: C_lumpus_AG_NMBU_1.0.fasta.gzmd5sum: md5sum.txt
