Sales value share of pharmaceutical market Philippines 2018-2022, by license type

The sales value share of branded generic products accounted for 54 percent of the total pharmaceutical market sales in the Philippines as of September 2022. In comparison, the sales value share of originator medicines was 41 percent of the total, market while unbranded generics shared the remaining five percent. Branded generics refer to brands that have the same molecule as the originator.

截至2022年9月，菲律宾药品市场总销售额中，品牌仿制药的销售价值份额占据了54%，与之相比，创新药品的销售价值份额为总市场份额的41%，而无品牌仿制药则占据了剩余的5%。所谓品牌仿制药，是指与原创药品具有相同分子的品牌。
