Gut microbiota of osteoarthritis rat model disturbed by Miya

An osteoarthritis rat model was established, and then Miya was used to treat the rats for four weeks.The feces samples in the osteoarthritis and osteoarthritis+Miya groups were sent for 16s rDNA sequencing.本研究成功构建骨关节炎（osteoarthritis）大鼠模型，随后以Miya对该模型大鼠开展为期四周的干预治疗。收集骨关节炎组与骨关节炎+Miya组的粪便样本，送检进行16S核糖体DNA（16s rDNA）测序。
