Whole genome sequencing of two rousette megabats. Rousettus

In order to understand the genetic mechanism underlying adaptive evolution in megabats, we determined the whole genome sequences of two rousette megabats, Leschenault's rousette (Rousettus leschenaultii) and the Egyptian fruit bat (R. aegyptiacus).
