Whole genome sequencing of two rousette megabats. Rousettus

In order to understand the genetic mechanism underlying adaptive evolution in megabats, we determined the whole genome sequences of two rousette megabats, Leschenault's rousette (Rousettus leschenaultii) and the Egyptian fruit bat (R. aegyptiacus).为阐明巨蝙蝠适应性进化的潜在遗传机制，本研究测定了两种棕果蝠属（Rousettus）巨蝙蝠的全基因组序列，分别为布氏棕果蝠（Rousettus leschenaultii）与埃及果蝠（R. aegyptiacus）。
