The Influence of Eclectic Interventions on Anger and Assertiveness

the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a newly developed cognitive behavioral theory-based art and expressive eclectic interventions on functional anger and assertiveness in young people. A total of 16 university student nurses participated in this quasi-experimental design study. Data was collected with pre-test, post-test and follow up test by the Rathus Assertiveness Schedule and the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory.

本研究旨在探讨新研发的基于认知行为理论（Cognitive Behavioral Theory）的艺术与表现折衷干预方案对青年人功能性愤怒与果敢性的影响。本研究采用准实验设计，共招募16名护理专业大学生参与。研究通过拉瑟斯自信量表（Rathus Assertiveness Schedule）与状态-特质愤怒表达量表（State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory），采用前测、后测与追踪测试的方式收集相关数据。
