GLP-1RA code file

Python code used for data analysis of GLP-1RA case listings extracted from the Food and Drug Administration Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS). 'drug' was altered for each GLP1RA of interest and control to extract relevant data. .csv files include the extracted data from FAERS used in the data analysis.

本Python代码用于对从美国食品药品监督管理局不良事件报告系统（FAERS）提取的胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂（GLP-1RA）病例列表开展数据分析。针对每一种目标胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂及对照药物，对"drug"字段进行调整以提取相关数据。本次数据分析所用的FAERS提取数据均保存于.csv格式文件中。
