Dataset from A Two-year, Randomized, Double-masked, Multicenter, Two-arm Study Comparing the Efficacy and Safety of RTH258 6 mg Versus Aflibercept in Subjects With Neovascular Age-related Macular Degeneration

The purpose of this study is to compare brolucizumab (RTH258) ophthalmic solution for intravitreal (IVT) injection (6 mg) to aflibercept ophthalmic solution for IVT injection (2 mg) in subjects with untreated active choroidal neovascularization (CNV) secondary to age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in the study eye.

本研究旨在对比6mg玻璃体内注射（intravitreal, IVT）用布罗鲁珠单抗（brolucizumab, RTH258）眼用溶液与2mg玻璃体内注射（IVT）用阿柏西普（aflibercept）眼用溶液，针对研究眼内继发于年龄相关性黄斑变性（age-related macular degeneration, AMD）的未经治疗活动性脉络膜新生血管（choroidal neovascularization, CNV）受试者的疗效。
