2019-2020年电离层散射探测仪数据

该数据集主要包括电离层总电子含量（TEC）参数、总电子含量扰动指数、电离层闪烁以及硬件差分码偏差信息；其中,电离层总电子含量参数相位平滑伪距方法计算得到；电离层扰动指数包括电离层TEC梯度变化指数GOTI、电离层TEC变化率指数ROTI、观测弧段电离层变化率指数AART、单站电离层变化率指数SRTI以及电离层TEC二次变化率指数RROT；闪烁指数包括电离层幅度闪烁指数S4与相位闪烁指数SigmaPhi。This dataset primarily includes total electron content (TEC) parameters, total electron content disturbance indices, ionospheric scintillation data, and hardware differential code bias information. The ionospheric TEC parameters are calculated using the phase-smoothed pseudorange method. The ionospheric disturbance indices cover the Ionospheric TEC Gradient Variation Index (GOTI), Rate of TEC Index (ROTI), Observation Arc Ionospheric Change Rate Index (AART), Single-station Ionospheric Change Rate Index (SRTI), and Quadratic Change Rate Index of Ionospheric TEC (RROT). The scintillation indices include the ionospheric amplitude scintillation index S4 and phase scintillation index SigmaPhi.
