We report RNA-seq expression data of different cell lines of mouse embryonic stem cells in self-renewal conditions and upon the inactivation of Oct4 or Esrrb. ChIP-seq of H3K9me3 and ATAC-seq data of wild-type and Suv39h1as deleted cells are also provided. Overall design: Parallel cultures of 2 replicates with or without TF depletion (24h, for RNA-seq) or of wild-type and Suv39h1-as mutant cells for ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq A8 and D8 are independent mutant clones.
本研究报道了处于自我更新培养条件下,以及Oct4或Esrrb基因失活状态下的小鼠胚胎干细胞不同细胞系的RNA测序(RNA-seq)表达数据。同时还提供了野生型与Suv39h1as基因敲除细胞的H3K9me3染色质免疫沉淀测序(ChIP-seq)数据,以及转座酶可及性测序(ATAC-seq)数据。
实验整体设计如下:针对RNA-seq实验,设置2组生物学重复的平行培养物,分别为转录因子(TF)未敲除组与敲除组(处理时长24小时);针对ChIP-seq与ATAC-seq实验,则使用野生型与Suv39h1-as突变体细胞。A8与D8为独立的突变克隆株。
