Comparative analysis of gene expression identifies distinct molecular signatures of bone marrow- and periosteal skeletal stem/progenitor cells

Genetic comparison between periosteal skeletal stem cells and bone marrow skeletal stem cells in mice Microarray was performed on periosteal derived skeletal stem cells and bone marrow derived skeletal stem cells in Mx1-cre; Ocn-GFP and Mx1-cre; Nestin-GFP mice, respectively. We used Affymetrix array.

本研究针对小鼠骨膜骨骼干细胞与骨髓骨骼干细胞开展遗传学对比分析，分别对Mx1-cre; Ocn-GFP小鼠的骨膜来源骨骼干细胞以及Mx1-cre; Nestin-GFP小鼠的骨髓来源骨骼干细胞进行了基因芯片（Microarray）检测，所用检测平台为Affymetrix基因芯片。
