PIMT-GT full manuscript defense bundle: data, results, model checkpoints, code artifacts, and reproducibility files

This Zenodo record contains the full manuscript-defense bundle for the PIMT-GT study on physics-informed multi-task graph-transformer modelling of intrinsically disordered protein polymer-property descriptors. The archive preserves copied project artifacts required to support manuscript defense, verification of reported results, and computational reproducibility. The bundle includes project documents, code-related files, exploratory data analysis outputs, curated final evidence files, final result outputs, run metadata, training configuration files, trained Phase-1 and Phase-2 model checkpoints, model calibration outputs, bootstrap confidence interval results, comparative evaluation files, learning curves, explainability analyses, selected SAXS diagnostic outputs, file inventories, and SHA256 checksums. The study used IDP-10260 and ALBATROSS as source datasets. Feature engineering was performed to generate the SCG-IDP-PAPS and AAPP datasets used in the reported experiments. The archive includes the final artifacts supporting the manuscript analyses and supplementary information.
