The effects of 11 Kids_Dataset

This dataset contains the landing test kinematic parameters used to assess the effect of the 11+Kids program on preadolescent female soccer players. The kinematics was evaluated before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the 8-week 11+Kids program in the intervention group (identified as 1). A control group (identified as 2) was evaluated before and after the execution of 8-week regular training.

本数据集包含用于评估11+Kids训练项目对青春期前女子足球运动员影响的落地测试运动学参数。干预组（编号为1）在8周11+Kids训练的前（前测）、后（后测）两个节点分别进行了运动学测评；对照组（编号为2）则在8周常规训练的前后两个时段完成了同等类型的运动学测评。
