本研究从福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded, FFPE）乳腺肿瘤组织中提取基因组DNA，依照制造商操作指南，对微腺性腺病（microglandular adenosis）及其毗邻乳腺癌样本开展Affymetrix Oncoscan基因芯片检测，以获取拷贝数（Copy Number, CN）谱特征。实验整体设计：采用Oncoscan（Thermoscientific）基因芯片，共纳入6例微腺性腺病样本与4例毗邻乳腺癌样本进行拷贝数分析。
