Effects of temperature and treatment time on inactivation of BCG cells in PBS.

1BCG cells were suspended in PBS at concentrations of approximately 1×107 CFU/mL. After treatment of 0.1 M NaOH and 1% SDS, 0.1 mL aliquots were plated on triplicate Middlebrook 7H10 plates with OADC enrichment. Numbers shown are total counts for the three plates after 35 days of incubation at 37°C.

1. 将卡介苗（Bacillus Calmette-Guérin，BCG）细胞以约1×10^7菌落形成单位（Colony-Forming Unit，CFU）每毫升的浓度悬浮于磷酸盐缓冲液（Phosphate Buffered Saline，PBS）中。经0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠（Sodium Hydroxide，NaOH）与1%十二烷基硫酸钠（Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate，SDS）处理后，取0.1 mL等分试样接种至三份含油酸-白蛋白-葡萄糖-催化酶（Oleic Albumin Dextrose Catalase，OADC）富集添加剂的重复Middlebrook 7H10平板上。所得数值为37℃恒温培养35天后三块平板的总菌落数。
