In August 2020, decision makers across the United States and Canada were surveyed about the most important elements of business agility in the food service industry. A majority of respondents, 71 percent, stated that digital transformation was the most important factor for business agility, while only 18 percent of respondents stated that a shared strategic vision was the most important factor.
