HICP inflation rate for restaurants and cafés in the EU 2017-2024

In September 2024, the inflation rate for restaurants, cafés, and similar services in the European Union was 4.7 percent. While the inflation rate remained quite high, this figure confirmed the declining trend experienced over the previous months. In contrast, restaurants and cafés in the EU recorded their lowest inflation rate in February 2021, at 1.7 percent.
