MEME Analysis of TLR4 Sequences of Cetacea and Artiodactyla

TLR4 Sites Under Positive Selection in Mammals. DataMonkey was used to perform a MEME Analysis of the TLR4 sequences of ten species, including four Cetacea and six Artiodactyla.
