为阐明UBR5与CDC73在多韦替尼(dovitinib)诱导的4T1肿瘤细胞凋亡过程中调控活性的分子机制,本研究针对经多西环素诱导分别沉默Ubr5、Cdc73或同时沉默二者基因表达,并经多韦替尼处理的4T1肿瘤细胞开展实验。总体实验设计:对4T1野生型细胞及其基因敲低(KD)衍生株(shUbr5、shCdc73及shUbr5-Cdc73)的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据进行比较基因表达谱分析。
