This study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the interaction between dark septate endophytes (DSE) and Panax notoginseng under arsenic (As) stress. We conducted a controlled pot experiment with four treatments:(1) As stress alone, and (2) DSE inoculation combined with As stress. Root tissues of Panax notoginseng were collected for RNA extraction. High-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to identify differentially expressed genes and key pathways involved in the DSE-mediated alleviation of arsenic toxicity.

本研究旨在探究砷(As)胁迫下暗色有隔内生真菌(dark septate endophytes, DSE)与三七(Panax notoginseng)之间的互作分子机制。本研究设置受控盆栽实验,共包含4组处理:(1) 单独砷胁迫组,(2) 暗色有隔内生真菌接种联合砷胁迫组。采集三七的根组织用于RNA提取,通过高通量RNA测序(RNA-seq)鉴定参与DSE介导的砷毒性缓解过程的差异表达基因与关键通路。
