This series consists of volumes that register and summarise the details of workplace accidents (involving cranes and fork lifts ) and their associated files.The information recorded in columns includes:- file registration number (annual single number system, 1/79, 2/79, 3/79, 124/80, 125/80, etc.)- date (file received/created)- proprietor (employer or owner)- person injured (name)- accident date- accident description- nature of injury (e.g. fatal, etc.)- number fatal- total fatal- number of injured- total injured/progressive accident number (annual single number)- movement (file action).
