Glioblastoma (GBM) is a fatal disease with a poor prognosis, whose aetiology involves profound molecular alterations. Given the limited progress made in recent years, research into new therapeutic avenues may improve the treatment of GBM patients. In this work, we have identify regulatory factors involved in the ascorbic acid mediated response in proneural-like patient derived stem cells by means of a high-throughput CRISPR/Cas9 library screen.
胶质母细胞瘤(Glioblastoma, GBM)是一类预后不良的致命性疾病,其发病机制涉及广泛的分子改变。鉴于近年来相关研究进展有限,探索新型治疗途径或可改善GBM患者的临床治疗结局。本研究采用高通量CRISPR/Cas9文库筛选技术,在类前神经元样患者来源干细胞中鉴定了参与抗坏血酸介导应答过程的调控因子。
