Supporting data for "Rational design and development of an interferon-integrated universal sarbecovirus vaccine"

This is a complete dataset for the thesis "Rational design and development of an interferon-integrated universal sarbecovirus vaccine"In this study we designed a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine platform, which is interferon-beta integrated vaccine (IBIS). The designed different versions for different purposes. The vaccines were able to elicit robust antibody responses and completely protect hamsters from SARS-CoV-2 infection without causing lung pathology. The vaccine seeds and producing cell-line are generated and ready for future human trial.In the dataset folders, there are three subfolders. Inside each subfolder, there is a folder for each experiment. Inside the experiment folder, there are protocol and corresponding data. README.txt file was provided for the description of the datasets.

本数据集为论文《干扰素整合型广谱沙贝病毒（Sarbecovirus）疫苗的理性设计与开发》的完整配套数据集。本研究设计了一款新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）疫苗平台——β干扰素整合型疫苗（interferon-beta integrated vaccine, IBIS），并针对不同应用需求开发了多款变体。该疫苗可诱导强效抗体应答，能够完全保护仓鼠免受新型冠状病毒感染，且不会引发肺部病理损伤。目前已完成疫苗种子株及生产用细胞系的构建，可用于后续人体临床试验。本数据集的文件夹体系包含3个子文件夹，每个子文件夹内均设有对应各实验的专属文件夹；实验文件夹内包含实验方案（protocol）与对应实验数据。本数据集附带README.txt文件，用于说明数据集整体概况。
