HDF5 file for use with Ananke-UI (https://github.com/beiko-lab/ananke-ui). Contains time-series clusters of 16S rRNA gene abundances from freshwater lake samples sampled over eleven years, as well as taxonomic classifications and sequence identity-based clusters.

本数据集为可配合Ananke-UI（https://github.com/beiko-lab/ananke-ui）使用的HDF5文件，包含历经十一年采样获取的淡水湖泊样本的16S rRNA基因丰度时间序列聚类结果，同时涵盖分类学分类信息与基于序列同一性的聚类簇。
