Single-nucleus RNA sequencing data from human amygdala and temporal lobe. Amygdala data are provided as raw gene-by-cell count matrices in Matrix Market format (.mtx) with accompanying barcode and feature annotation files (barcodes.tsv, features.tsv).
Temporal lobe data are provided as a cell-type-level pseudobulk count matrix. Raw read-level data and cell-level count matrices for the temporal lobe sample are not deposited, as participant consent for this archival dataset does not permit release of data from which donor genotype information could be recovered.
本数据集包含人类杏仁核与颞叶的单细胞核RNA测序(single-nucleus RNA sequencing)数据。其中杏仁核数据以Matrix Market格式(.mtx)的原始基因-细胞计数矩阵形式提供,并附带配套的条形码注释文件(barcodes.tsv)与特征注释文件(features.tsv)。
颞叶数据则以细胞类型水平的伪批量(pseudobulk)计数矩阵形式提供。由于本存档数据集的受试者知情同意条款未允许发布可追溯供体基因型信息的数据,因此该颞叶样本的原始读段级数据与细胞水平计数矩阵均未提交存档。
