Raw image files relating to Figure 2 eEF2K attenuates translation downstream of mGluR5, Figure 3 EF2K triggers the eIF2α phosphorylation through GCN2, and Figure 4 eEF2K/GCN2 signaling promotes translation of Bdnf. For all images, channel 1 represents PRPH immunofluorescence, and channel 2 represents the quantified target (PLA signal, p-eEF2, puromycin, or p-eIF2alpha). Details for each can be found in the figure legend.
