Using m6A-seq, RNA-seq, we show that auxin can induce transcriptome-wide m6A reprogramming. Overall design: This series includes samples for two experiments: m6A-seq (two biological replicates for mock and NAA treated 15-day-old wild-type seedlings plus input controls); RNA-seq (three biological replicates for mock and NAA treated 15-day-old wild-type.).
