Similar characteristics of siRNAs of plant viruses which replicate in plant and fungal hosts-fungus samples

Using high-throughput sequencing, we characterized vsiRNA profiles in two plant RNA virus-fungal host pathosystems: cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) infection in phytopathogenic fungus Rhizoctonia solani and tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) infection in phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium graminearum.

我们采用高通量测序（high-throughput sequencing）技术，对两类植物RNA病毒-真菌寄主病害系统中的病毒来源小干扰RNA（virus-derived small interfering RNA，vsiRNA）谱进行了表征：分别为黄瓜花叶病毒（cucumber mosaic virus, CMV）侵染植物病原真菌（phytopathogenic fungus）立枯丝核菌（Rhizoctonia solani）的病害系统，以及烟草花叶病毒（tobacco mosaic virus, TMV）侵染植物病原真菌（phytopathogenic fungus）禾谷镰孢菌（Fusarium graminearum）的病害系统。
