We sequenced the complete mitochondrial genome of the land snail Euphaedusa planostriata using the shot-gun genome skimming method. Our study provides valuable information that can be used towards the conservation genetics, taxonomy, and evolution of clausiliid snails.

本研究采用鸟枪式基因组浅层测序（shot-gun genome skimming）方法，对陆生蜗牛Euphaedusa planostriata的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序。本研究可为烟管蜗牛科（Clausiliidae）蜗牛的保护遗传学、分类学及演化研究提供宝贵的参考资料。
