Genome sequences of three Candida tropicalis isolates

The objectives of this project are to sequence the Candida tropicalis genome using a de novo sequencing approach, perform whole genome de novo assembly and fungal genome standard analysis based on the sequencing data, and conduct advanced analyses such as genome-genome alignment, variant calling, and annotation.

本项目的研究目标为：采用从头测序（de novo sequencing）方法对热带假丝酵母（Candida tropicalis）的基因组进行测序，基于所得测序数据完成全基因组从头组装（de novo assembly）与真菌基因组标准分析，并开展基因组比对（genome-genome alignment）、变异检测（variant calling）以及基因注释（annotation）等进阶分析。
