The immunological mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of alcohol-related liver disease (ALD) are still not fully understood. Here, we conducted an analysis of the transcriptome of liver immune cells using single-cell RNA sequencing. This study utilized single-cell data from liver samples of 5 ALD human cases. The study provides insights into the cellular diversity of liver immune cell populations in the pathogenesis of ALD and may offer potential foundations for tailored therapies in the future. Overall design: Performing single-cell transcriptomic sequencing on liver tissue from 5 patients with alcoholic liver disease.

酒精性肝病(alcohol-related liver disease, ALD)发病过程中的免疫学机制目前尚未完全阐明。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing)技术,对肝脏免疫细胞的转录组展开分析。本次研究使用了5例酒精性肝病患者肝脏样本的单细胞测序数据。本研究揭示了酒精性肝病发病过程中肝脏免疫细胞群体的细胞多样性,可为未来的个性化治疗提供潜在理论基础。整体实验设计:对5例酒精性肝病患者的肝脏组织进行单细胞转录组测序(single-cell transcriptomic sequencing)。
