Population genomic analysis of the blue crab using genotyping by sequencing. Callinectes sapidus

A RADsequencing approach was used (specifically, genotyping by sequencing) to generate genome-wide SNP data for the blue crab Callinectes sapidus, to investigate the potential for genomic data to better resolve population structure in this high gene-flow invertebrate. In this "pilot" study, individuals from two populations in the USA and one population from Brazil were examined.
