Burkholderia pseudomallei BPC006 Genome sequencing and assembly

Strain BPC006 is the first genome sequence of a Burkholderia pseudomallei isolate in China, which sequenced by Second Generation Sequencing Technology due to technical constraints in 2012. Now we re-upload the three generations sequencing data by PacBio to update the genome sequence of BPC006.

菌株BPC006是中国境内首株类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌（Burkholderia pseudomallei）分离株的基因组序列。2012年受限于当时的技术条件，该序列通过第二代测序技术（Second Generation Sequencing Technology）完成测序。本次研究重新上传基于PacBio平台的三代测序数据，以更新菌株BPC006的基因组序列。
