Transcriptome of buds and flowers of tomato hws mutant.

This project aims to identify genes differentially expressed in buds and flowers of tomato slhws-1 mutant versus those of wild-type. RNA-seq data were obtained through illumina platform and we found that expressions of pollen development associated genes were perturbed in slhws-1.

本项目旨在鉴定番茄slhws-1突变体与野生型的芽和花中的差异表达基因。研究通过Illumina平台获取了RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，结果发现slhws-1突变体中花粉发育相关基因的表达出现紊乱。
