All functions require R to run, as well as some additional packages, which should be installed automatically when the MistletoeBDR package is installed (see the package description file for more details). The annotated script file can be accessed by typing help mistletoeBDR at the R prompt after the mistletoeBDR package has been installed and loaded, or by examining the /man/mistletoeBDR-package.Rd file inside the compressed package file.
