We examined how glyceolin I, a phytoalexin from soybeands, affects gene expression in breast cancer cells. mRNA was collected at time points of 0, 6, 12, and 24 hours, and mRNA-seqs were performed. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data at 0, 6, 12, and 24 hours with Glyceollin I treatment in MCF7, MCF7-LTED, and MDA-MB-468 cells.
