This dataset and code provides an example for reconstructing fibre bundle inline holography videos of fresh pond water. A container holding the water was back illuminated by 450 nm LED light coupled through a multimode fibre with a 50 micron diameter core. The illumination fiber was approximately 15 mm behind the container wall. The hologram was collected by a Fujikura FIGH-30-650S fibre bundle approximately 500 microns on the other side of the wall. At the proximal end, this was imaged onto a CMOS camera via a 20X objective and a tube lens, giving an effective pixel size of 0.44 microns.
本数据集及配套代码提供了针对新鲜池塘水的光纤束同轴全息(fibre bundle inline holography)视频重构示例方案。实验过程中,盛放池水的容器采用450 nm LED背光照明,照明光通过芯径为50微米的多模光纤耦合引入。该照明光纤位于容器壁后方约15毫米位置。全息图由设置于容器壁另一侧约500微米处的藤仓(Fujikura)FIGH-30-650S型光纤束采集。在光纤束近端,成像光路经由20倍物镜与镜筒透镜将光束投射至CMOS相机,最终得到的有效像素尺寸为0.44微米。
